Residential Photography Pricing

 Level 1:  Aerial Photography (Aircraft): Base fee $250.00 - $325.00 (+ tax). (1 site, 1 high-resolution image delivered on CD). $55 for the first image selected from proofs, and $30 for each additional image selected from the gallery of proofs provided. 

 Level 2:  Elevated Photography (45 feet or lower):  Base fee $ 150.00 (+tax). (1 site, 1 high-resolution image delivered on CD).  Each additional site image price: $35 - $55 depending on location and setup. 

Level 3:  Traditional Ground Based Exterior Photos: $75.00 (+tax).  (1 site, 1 high-resolution image delivered on CD).  Interior Photography may be performed for an additional $50.00 up to 5 images (must have purchased the Level 3 package).  Each additional site image price: $35 - $55 depending on location and setup. 

NOTE:  All pricing provides for travel to site within a 35 mile radius of Washington DC.  Outside of this area will be billed at $0.45 per mile for Elevated or Ground Based Photos.  ***Aerial Photographs outside the Washington DC area will be performed on a Quote Basis.***

Commercial Photography Pricing

 Costs Range anywhere from $150.00 to $2000.00+  Please call for an exact quote.  Quotes will be done on a Project Basis for Commercial Photography so that we may be able to get the full scope of the project and provide for the most complete service possible.   

Photo Prints and Framing

We also offer Photo Print and Custom Framing services to our clients ranging from 4” x 6” prints to a full 20” x 30” starting at $0.29 for Kodak Traditional Color Paper. (Kodak Professional Endura Metallic Paper or ILLFORD’s professional Black & White Paper starts at $0.79).  Our Custom Framing of Metal Frames, Stained Walnut Finish or Natural Finish is a great way to display your beautiful images starting at $ 20.00.
