About Potomac Aerials

Steve Monell is the owner of Potomac Aerials. He is a Private pilot with an overwhelming passion for aviation. He has been working diligently, since receiving his Pilot's License, to merge his love of flight and photography.

He is currently working to receive Certification as a Light Sport Pilot Instructor in the Piper J-3 Cub.

He enjoys introducing Aviation to kids who have not had the opportunity to experience the joys of private aviation. He also volunteers time with Metropolitan Aviation in ground school seminars.

Reginald L. Campbell is the Chief Pilot for Potomac Aerials. He is an Instrument Rated Commercial pilot both in Helicopter and Multi-engine airplanes with over 3000 Military and Civilian hours. Mr. Campbell is a Vietnam Veteran who began his aviation career in the US Army where he flew UH-1 and Bell Jet Ranger Helicopters.

Mr. Campbell is also a Full-Time Flight Instructor with Metropolitan Aviation. His contributions to general aviation in the Washington Metropolitan Area have been Legendary.
